Quote

"We originally signed up for the standard Everest overfly package, but at the last minute, we asked if we could upgrade to the breakfast landing in Kongde instead. Given high-altitude weight restrictions and flight permits, I expected a long 'no' or a bureaucratic nightmare. Instead, their operations team handled the extra permits and payload calculations seamlessly. Sitting at Kongde looking out over the peaks was unbelievable. Huge thanks to the team for making it happen so smoothly!"

"If you've researched helicopter tours in Nepal, you know weight limits and hidden fees are a huge concern for travelers. Aero Connect was totally transparent from day one no vague weight policy, no surprise charges when we stepped on the scale at the airport. On top of that, our pilot was exceptional. Flying near Everest takes insane skill, and watching him navigate the alpine winds made us feel completely safe the entire time. Worth every single penny."

Frequently Asked Questions.

How do I book a helicopter tour in Nepal?

Book directly on our website: choose your trip, select a departure date and variant (shared, private, or luxury), and complete the booking form. You'll get a confirmation email within 24 hours. For last-minute bookings, message us on WhatsApp or call our 24-hour sales line.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, PayPal, and Stripe. Local residents can also pay via eSewa or Khalti. A 30% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due 14 days before departure.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before departure. If you cancel 14–30 days before your trip, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the circumstances, ranging from no charge to up to 50% of the booking cost. Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

If you need to change your travel date or route, you can do so free of charge with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.

For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for bookings made close to the departure date.

Do you offer group discounts on helicopter tours?

Yes. Fixed-departure group tours are priced lower per person than a private charter — pricing scales down as group size increases. Check the departure calendar on each trip page for current group rates.

How much does a helicopter tour cost in Nepal?

Prices vary by route and duration. As a guide: the Everest Base Camp Overfly runs around US$1,300 for a 2-hour flight, the Hotel Everest View tour from US$850 for 4 hours, and the Everest Base Camp tour with Kalapatthar landing from US$1,600 for 5 hours. Private charters and full custom itineraries are quoted separately.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The price quoted at booking is the price you pay. Door-to-door transfers are included, and any optional extras (landing upgrades, extended routes) are shown clearly before you book.

What helicopter models does Aero Connect Nepal fly?

Flights operate on aircraft such as the Airbus AS350 B3e, flown by CAAN-certified partner operators experienced in high-altitude Himalayan routes.

Is Aero Connect Nepal a licensed tour operator?

Yes. We operate under Nepal's Ministry of Culture, Tourism & Civil Aviation and are associated with the Nepal Tourism Board, working exclusively with CAAN-certified helicopter operators.

How is Aero Connect Nepal different from other Nepal helicopter tour companies?

Every booking includes door-to-door hotel transfers, a guaranteed window seat, and free cancellation up to 30 days out, details many operators leave as paid extras or don't guarantee at all.
